Britton Advertising

They are a nationally recognized, award-winning, full-service creative agency. This year, we commemorate their 25th year in business! Our experience ranges from medical and healthcare advertising to education and public awareness; from mom-and-pop retail to full-range financial. Their strengths are their depth of creativity, insight, and focus on results. They pride themselves on the ability to do it all, and do it right. To learn a little more about the agency, you have to know the people behind it. The owner sets the tone and, since his name is on the door, Jerry Britton is the first person you should know. When it comes to media, you’d need to talk to Joan Byard. For anything involving the creative team, your first stop would be Rob Hatfield, the Creative Director. Our ace designer and resident graphics guru is Jeffrey Preg. And, if you want copy, give Chris Seiger a ring.

Advertising is a creative process, but unlike art, the success of that creativity depends on the result of the communcation. We pride ourselves on creating result-oriented communication. That is, we want there to be a tangible result. In some cases, that result is simply top-of-mind awareness, made real by marketing studies. In other cases, it is to increase phone or foot traffic. When a project comes, sometimes they’re not given a goal in the visceral sense. When that happens, they create a goal of their own that suits the client’s need. To successfully communicate is to stand apart from the noise. The perfect message is absorbed without conscious effort and results in more communication, but they do not live in a perfect world. It is their job, therefore, to initiate a dialogue between their clients and their audience.
